Hi, I’m Alexis

A Registered Holistic Nutritionist and practitioner who’s lived survival mode firsthand. For most of my life, I navigated chronic invisible illness (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue), ongoing trauma and grief, and the stress of daily life - my body constantly on high alert, my energy depleted, and my nervous system overwhelmed.

Through nutrition, targeted supplements, nervous-system regulation, and lifestyle shifts, I rebuilt my health, energy, and trust in my body. I’m no longer just surviving - I’m thriving.

Now, I help women who’ve carried more than they should uncover the root causes of their fatigue, pain, or overwhelm and create a personalized, compassionate plan to move from surviving to thriving - mind, body, and soul.
