Hi, I’m Alexis - a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mom, and practitioner who understands survival mode from the inside out.
For many years, I lived in a constant state of survival while single parenting, navigating ongoing family conflict, and trying to heal my own body from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, scoliosis, and the lasting effects of trauma. My nervous system was always on high alert, my energy depleted, and my body carrying far more than it was ever meant to hold.
For a long time, I didn’t just feel unwell - my body was responding exactly as it should to prolonged stress, overwhelm, and emotional strain. True healing didn’t come from pushing harder or doing more. It came from learning how to create safety in my body, support my biology, and work with my nervous system instead of fighting it.
Through evidence-based nutrition, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and practical lifestyle support, I slowly rebuilt my health, energy, and trust in my body. I’m no longer living in survival mode - and I know how powerful it is to finally feel steady, supported, and well again.
Now, I support women - especially mothers who have spent years putting themselves last - in doing the same.
