I'm Alexis, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and someone who has lived everything I teach, for over 30 years.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue at 13. Medicated for almost two decades. Every test came back normal while I felt anything but. Nobody ever asked why.
At 30, I stopped waiting for someone to fix me and started learning how to support my own healing. Through nutrition, the right supplements, nervous system healing, gut work, sleep, hormones, and a LOT of deep emotional work, slowly, imperfectly, I started to come back to myself.
I've been medication-free for nearly a decade. My pain decreased. My energy came back. My sleep improved. My brain fog lifted. I came back to myself. And now I help other women do the same!
