Bacon Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is one of my fav side dishes lately. If you can’t convince your kiddos to eat Brussels sprouts, it’s ok, their taste buds will eventually change when they’re older :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts

  • 1/2 pack bacon (1/2 pound)

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt and pepper

  • Real maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Chop ends off Brussels sprouts. Slice in half.

  2. Lay in a glass dish or on a tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Cut bacon into small pieces.

  4. Sprinkle bacon on Brussels sprouts.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Roast in oven at 425F for 30 min or until crispy.

  7. Sprinkle with maple syrup before serving.

  8. Enjoy!
